Product designer // 6 years of experience

For the past 2.5 years, I’ve been focused on developing the Yandex.Go for Business product. It’s a large-scale service supported by over 10 product managers—and just one designer: me. Soon, I’ll be onboarding a new designer to train and guide.
Before diving into B2B, I worked on SaaS solutions, admin panels, and internal systems at Yandex. Currently, I oversee two designers who continue to develop those projects.
Prior to Yandex, I honed my skills at Mish and Surf studios. I designed mobile applications for banks, payment systems, and startups, as well as dashboards, admin tools, engineering software, and loyalty programs.
My design experience spans mobile, web, and desktop interfaces across B2B, B2C, banking, retail, education, and other industries. I’m responsible, efficient, and pragmatic. I also happen to love coffee and occasionally create strange, meaningless posters.

Go for Business is a service designed to help companies optimize expenses on taxis, deliveries, employee meals, car sharing, fuel, hotel bookings, tickets, and other services.
The product includes multiple internal and standalone web services across several countries and is integrated with the Go mobile app.
Currently, I’m the sole designer on this product and handle nearly everything:
(1) creating concepts for future updates,
(2) designing new services from scratch, such as an employee personal account, a corporate travel booking tool, or an international transfer section,
(3) managing countless medium and minor adjustments,
(4) interviewing designers to join the team.
I assist product managers in improving key metrics and solving strategic challenges. For example, last week, one of my improvements boosted the conversion rate for opening help documents by 50%, halved the number of support inquiries, and completely eliminated the most frequent request. Implementing a checklist for onboarding new clients significantly reduced churn in the onboarding funnel.

Over the course of a year, I worked on several admin panels for Yandex.Go, including:
(1) a shift scheduling interface for the support team,
(2) a complex omnichannel chat for support staff to communicate with clients,
(3) a scheduling system for bus drivers,
(4) a workspace interface for call center employees,
(5) a visual editor for creating support robot scenarios in SupportAI.
I collaborated with various teams to help them achieve their goals, often diving deeply into tasks. For instance, when designing the call center workspace for Yandex.Taxi, I spent several days observing real employees during their work, studying their actions, and conducting follow-up interviews.

During my two years at Mish, I worked on a wide range of projects across various industries, taught two courses, and wrote articles for VC.
My design projects included:
(1) a mobile app for a Swiss neo-bank,
(2) a mobile app and admin panel for the Picksell financial startup and marketplace,
(3) Fenix+, an engineering software for Windows used to calculate fire risks in buildings and structures,
(4) mobile apps for SBI Bank, including a child-friendly banking app.
In addition, I briefly worked on the Vivid mobile app, designed admin panels for Leroy Merlin, and created interfaces for a news application. As an instructor, I taught two courses for Netology: one focused on design and the other on working with Figma.

I spent an entire year designing the mobile app for Zenit Bank, which was my first major project as the sole designer. Over the course of the project, I learned to create and quickly test designs, immersed myself in the world of fintech, and gained a deep understanding of the importance of regular communication with clients, managers, and developers.
This experience taught me valuable lessons, helped me avoid repeating mistakes in future projects, and significantly honed my skills. The client was highly satisfied with my work. It was a challenging yet rewarding journey, and I deeply value this experience.

Other Projects
In between major projects, I worked on designs for:
(1) a loyalty program for the Magnit supermarket chain,
(2) an educational platform for preparing students for state exams,
(3) a user profile interface for the crypto aggregator Nebula,
(4) an admin panel for a warehouse aggregator,
(5) internal interfaces for Leroy Merlin
(6) various product pages and landing pages for the immigration service Immigrant Invest, including a standalone Passport Index product.
Occasionally, I also create meaningless posters just for fun.
